Rowbike, Sculpt Your Core.

TARGET YOUR ABS AND SHAPE YOUR BACK

Rowing is a low impact non-load bearing workout. Rowing can allow you to isolate and sculpt your upper body. The full-body stretch of rowing allows for a broader range of motion and produces an unparalleled ab workout. Targeting the abs is easy when rowing. Strong abs also means a stronger back. Rowing has been prescribed by some doctors to help eliminate future flare-ups for those who experience back pain.

CUSTOMER STORIES

Alan's Story & Letter

After falling off a roof in 1974 Alan was visiting physical therapists, orthopedic surgeons and doctors three times a week. After discovering the Rowbike as a rehabilitation tool Alan now rides three times a week for 20 to 30 minutes and states, "I have no pain in my back, and visit the chiropractor only for maintenance six times a year, when I remember to go."

Dear Scott:

This is your oldest Rowbike Disciple. In 1974, I fell off of a roof while cleaning gutters. For the next four years I was in constant pain, visiting orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, etc. Finally, just like everybody else, I went to visit a chiropractor as a last resort. He took away the pain, but if I didn't visit him at least once a week by the weekend I was in so much pain that I couldn't stand. My chiropractor had told me that if I just got into some kind of physical training, I would not have to visit him as much. Jogging did nothing for my back, and I hated all the exercise machines that littered my basement.

In 1990, I saw an infomercial on your Rowbike. I immediately called and ordered one and have never looked back. I ride it three times a week for twenty to thirty minutes. I have no pain in my back, and visit the chiropractor only for maintenance six times a year, when I remember to go.

Scott, if any of your prospective customers have chronic back pain and their doctors say it is not structural, they must have this bike. It has actually given me a new lease on life. I encourage anyone thinking about owning this bike to e-mail me. Also, if they live in North Jersey or New York, I would love for them to come over and try it.

Sincerely,

Alan H. Barnes
