Whether you are on the Zone, counting carbs, or just plain watching what you eat, you are among the thousands who will do what it takes to keep the weight off. The Rowbike offers an exciting way to stay fit and live a healthy lifestyle. When coupled with a hearty diet, the Rowbike has proven to be an effective weight management tool.
The variable full body motion allows you to target problem areas and burn more calories faster than the leading cardio exercises. What's more, the Rowbike lets you actually enjoy yourself while engaging in fitness. The added element of excitement gives you the motivation to stay on longer, thus reaping additional benefits and keep the weight off for good.
Rowbike beats out the competition time after time on several accounts. However, our favorite is that customers never seem to tire of getting out for a rowl. We receive hundreds of letters each month describing the exhilaration and excitement the Rowbike brings to a workout—and the novelty doesn't wear off.
- Organize and devise a plan with attainable goals
- Schedule your daily exercise routine--even if you don't go out for a rowl everyday; make it a point to do some type of physical activity. Mark it down just like it's an appointment not to be missed.
- Eat Healthy--make sure you are reducing fat intake and eating more of what good for you. (Consult a dietician or utilize online resources for ideas on how to make healthy low-fat recipes)
- Experiment--take your Rowbike out on different paths and new areas. Find out which distance and periods of time give you a greater sense of accomplishment.
- Listen to music it has a wonderful way of gearing you up for a rowl!

"I am pleased to say that I am still row-biking, although not as much as when I initially lost the weight when training for the charity bike marathon. As you might recall, I gained over 150 pounds when my daughter (Laurel) died and I used the Rowbike (along with a good medically supervised diet) to take the weight off. To this end, I went from over 310 pounds to 158 pounds and regained my former good health, lowered my blood pressure, etc. I thought you might like to see some of my before and after row-biking photos. See the below three photos to see my weight loss progress as it is pretty amazing that the before and after photos are of the same person.
Again, thank you and everyone at Rowbike for the help and allowing me to use one of your rowbikes to raise money under my daughter's name, as well as get back in shape so that I may live a longer life for my surviving children. Further, I am pleased to say that I have be able to use the Rowbike and a sensible diet to keep the weight off and continue to get in even better shape."
In Peace and Justice,
Lance

Jose is a 39 year old Aerospace Engineer who lost over 50 pounds and four pant sizes from Rowbiking. Jose has known from a young age that rowing is one of the most efficient workouts there is. However, Jose fell victim to the boredom of indoor rowing machines and was forced to look elsewhere for fitness activities that kept him motivated.
Jose stumbled across our web site accidentally and was immediately intrigued by the Rowbike. After receiving his machine he began rowing every other day to build endurance. After four months of slowly increasing speed he began to notice significant weight loss (25 pounds). Over the next two months friends and family members watched Jose continue to lose even more weight...his father barely even recognized him when he sent him a picture! Jose is now into his third year of Rowbiking and has been steadily developing muscle while maintaining his size by rowing 18 miles in an hour and a half, every other day. He enjoys rowling the trails around Grapevine Lake near his home in Dallas, Texas, and loves the looks he gets every time he goes out rowing!
"I cannot express sufficiently in words the difference from the way I feel now to the way I used to feel two years ago, it is something that has to be lived through in order to understand how well-being can be achieved. Rowbike was worth every penny for the way it changed my lifestyle for the better," says Jose.
We would like to thank Jose for sharing his inspirational story and congratulate him on his accomplishment.
Jose has since been rowling on his friends 720 Sport in addition to his King model and is now considering owning both models. Jose says he notices a difference between both cycles stating, "The Crew demands more repetition due to the smaller 20 in diameter wheels whereas the King requires a greater level of strength, and it does go faster as I always suspected (I Love it!). I complete my regular 19 mile tour in 80 minutes with the King which takes me a little over 100 minutes on the Crew. The intensity of the exercise is very similar though, so it is not a bad idea to own one of each to suit the type of exercise you may want to do on a particular day."

Marshall Rafferty lost over 150 pounds in conjunction with a gastric bypass, routine Rowbike workouts and eating healthy. "I had been looking for exercise equipment, and most of the exercise equipment I have ever bought winds up in a garage sale after the first or second year because it's boring...but this is not boring," said Rafferty.
It's been over two years since Mashall Rafferty underwent gastric bypass surgery to lose weight. He credits losing more than 150 pounds to healthy eating and his regular workouts on his Rowbike and he has kept it off ever since. Rafferty owns a 726 King rowbike, and a 420-Crewzer Rowbike which he said is for his girlfriend to use. He has become an avid Rowbiker and it shows. Everywhere Marshall goes he promotes the Rowbike and has participated in many events such as the National Bicycle Greenway Mayor's ride.
Marshall enjoys the fact that he is doing something that is not only fun and exciting but also healthy each time he goes out for a rowl. Marshall attributes the Rowbike as the main reason for his weight loss and his healthier, happier self. We would like to thank Marshall for all his contributions in spreading the word about Rowbike and can't wait to see where he travels on it next!
